During the activity, one member had to observe a picture and describe it as detailed as possible to the second member. The second member then repeats in to the third and so forth, keeping to the time limit of 20 seconds.
We could understand and correctly pass down the message, but the description of the picture was merely correct. When given more time to observe carefully, the group finally knew the detailed descriptions of the picture and learnt how to better describe it. However, we do not blame our first member as we believe 20 seconds to give a detailed description is too demanding. Through this activity, we learnt that communication skills is indeed very important and if not properly conversed, our initial ideas will be mistaken. We also learnt that it is very challenging to come up with a detailed description within a short time limit. This activity is indeed a meaningful one!
